They rented it to me for $180 per month. In the first 15 months they raised my rental rate 4 times until it was $286 per month. I explained to them I have a business and this would be a long term rental. It Did not seem to matter to them. I started looking around and found New Castle Self Storage. They rented me the same size brand new unit for $160 per month guaranteed for 1 year with the first month free. Needless to say I took the unit and ended my relationship with Storage rentals of America. I never felt more taken advantage of then what they did to me. The gentleman at New Castle Self Storage was the most personal guy and really appreciated my business.
