I cannot give a higher rating than 5 stars but if I could I would. I have been renting a 10 x 20 storage unit for the past 15 months from Storage Rentals of America. They rented it to me for $180 per month. In the first 15 months they raised my rental rate 4 times until it was $286 per month. I explained to them I have a business and this would be a long term rental. It Did not seem to matter to them. I started looking around and found New Castle Self Storage. They rented me the same size brand new unit for $160 per month guaranteed for 1 year with the first month free. Needless to say I took the unit and ended my relationship with Storage rentals of America. I never felt more taken advantage of then what they did to me. The gentleman at New Castle Self Storage was the most personal guy and really appreciated my business. His name is "Jonny" and if you ever are looking for a business that cares for you and listens to your concerns I know I found one and hope anyone reading this gives them the opportunity to prove it to you.
